my meals from this week went something like this:
B: sliced banana w/sunbutter | sometimes an egg + sliced avocado
S: strawberries or another banana
L: brown rice + black beans + shredded chicken + chopped carrots + chopped bell pepper + sprouted almonds + dulse + ground flaxseed, all mixed together & a hard-boiled egg
S: hot tea + sprouted almonds | gluten-free cookie
D: brown rice + black beans + leftover chopped veggies
